TLDR : Answer Summary
A tourist who re-entered Thailand with a single entry 90-day visa from the UK and received a 30-day entry stamp upon crossing the border from Cambodia can apply for a further 30-day extension at an immigration office in Thailand. The extension costs 1,900 baht.

He can go to the immigration office and get a 30 day extension on the current 30 day visa exempt entry stamp he got when he entered by land from Cambodia. It's 1900baht
