TLDR : Answer Summary
A tourist who re-entered Thailand with a single entry 90-day visa from the UK and received a 30-day entry stamp upon crossing the border from Cambodia can apply for a further 30-day extension at an immigration office in Thailand. The extension costs 1,900 baht.
