Hi, I'm wondering if any Canadians have recently received a COVID extension? If so, how did you get the embassy letter that is required?
Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
Canadians seeking a COVID extension in Thailand need to provide certain documentation to immigration offices. You must obtain one of three documents: a letter from the Canadian embassy stating you cannot return, a printout from the embassy's website indicating they do not issue such letters, or a printout of a previous letter from the embassy declining to issue them. It’s advised to contact the embassy directly to inquire about the availability of these letters as some users have noted that these have not been issued for a while.
