TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their experience of successfully extending their COVID-19 visa at MTT, receiving a 60-day extension after paying 1,900 THB. However, comments from other users question the timeline and validity of the extension, mentioning that the return date for further extension should be reconsidered, especially regarding the ongoing changes related to COVID-19 regulations. There's uncertainty about whether an announcement has been made for extensions beyond December 31, 2021.

As
@Benj****
said, your post doesn't seem to be quite right.

- If you get 60days already, it could mean without an under-consideration stamp, then 12 Jan is not 60days from now unless you were on overstay.

- if you get an under-consideration stamp, 12 Jan seems to be too late for the usual period. What is your previous Covid extension expiry date?

I thought you said 12 Jan?

there is something wrong

I don't think there is anything wrong; I think Muang Thung Thani still has a limit of 300 people a day, and if she gets another extension of stay (for whatever reason), they want her to go as close to the deadline as possible.

, that is just a notification. Nothing to do with that you have whatever date on your current approved and official stamp, assuring you can apply for another extension, or if you HAVE TO go to immigration office on that date. Be sure what date is on your actual and official extension stamp and what you need to do before that.

>and on 12 Jan 2022 back again for extend again

Why would you be returning on Jan 12, 2022? There has been no announcement OR rumors of the 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 to be extended past December 31

surprised they are still putting those stickers on the passport. The stickers say exactly what it means. If you are going to apply for another extension of stay, apply by that date. It doesnโ€™t say anything about that extension of stay being extended further.
