You need 12 months consecutive for the income route otherwise it’s 400k 2 months before your application date NOT 2 months before your extension/ visa expires

depends on the company and immigration office. Normally Non-Bs need to be obtained outside Thailand, I've seen some people get them in country successfully though. Really a *****
