TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is seeking advice on renewing their marriage visa to a Thai national, which is due in July. They inquire if obtaining a work permit and earning a salary of 40,000 THB for three months will allow them to renew their visa. Responses indicate the need for 12 months of income for a visa extension based on salary, but suggest that since the OP may change their visa status to that of a work permit, the income requirement might differ.

@Steve ******
.correct.. but he's not getting a spouse extension on 3 months of 40k salary. Needs to be 400k 2 months prior balance or 12 months salary of 40k.

Hi Steven! Is there a possibility I can change the Non-O to Non-B once i get the job and continue staying here?

You need 12 months consecutive for the income route otherwise it’s 400k 2 months before your application date NOT 2 months before your extension/ visa expires
