I’m an Australian living abroad and want to enter Thailand from Dubai later this year. 

I’ve been fully vaccinated in Thailand and have a Thai certificate. 

Will I be able to use the sandbox program and fly to Phuket, so that I don’t have to quarantine?

Can I enter (with a CoE of course) under the VISA waiver program between Thailand and Australia, or do I need a VISA to participate in the sandbox?

I know I’m making things difficult - thanks so much for your help 🙏

Are you vaccinated ?

You need to be to enter on the Phuket or Samui sandbox.

Its all a bit confusing at moment as other provinces are talking about sandbox entries as well. But odds are all of them will require you to be fully vaccinated

i am doing sandbox now and after 3 quarantines, this is by far the better choice

ok as others have said visa exempt no problem, not sure if it will change back to 30 days though by the time you arrive
