COE requirements sorry Bobby I live on a remote island and wifi is shit. So downloading stuff is difficult if you could let me know what these requirements are would be greatly appreciated thanksBobby ********
Michael Britten. You have to apply thorough the Thai embassy in Manila. You will find the requirements on the website (hopefully!). The COE is an online application but does require a lot of uploading, so might be better to wait until you get a decent WiFi setup
