TLDR : Answer Summary
An Australian resident in the Philippines is seeking information on the necessary documents and medical evidence required for re-entering Thailand. There is a mention of vaccine status as a potential requirement and clarification regarding the visa exemption for Australians.

Michael Britten. You have to apply thorough the Thai embassy in Manila. You will find the requirements on the website (hopefully!). The COE is an online application but does require a lot of uploading, so might be better to wait until you get a decent WiFi setup

Are you vaccinated?
