Need some advice. I will be doing my 2nd border run in Loas tomorrow.  I am currently waiting for my paper work to be completed for my non-B visa at a job I just started. Do you guys know once I get my paperwork completed for my non- B visa, do you think I will be able to enter Loas again on land, since I will be getting a different type of visa?

When you have your Non-immigrant B visa, you can leave for Laos using a re-entry permit. Fyi, you're not on a visa now,but a visa exempt.

not most people either. Many who refer to "visa on arrival" actually mean the visa on arrival. And yes some confuse it with exemption, but neither is that everyone, nor most.
