Hello, I am a singaporean and I just go an non immigrant O visa (husband got a non immigrant B working visa).

If I find a job in Thailand, is there a way to do the conversion in Thailand without leaving the country to do quarantine?

Or is a non O dependent visa able to get a work permit to work in the country without converting to a non B?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The asker is a Singaporean with a Non-Immigrant O visa and is inquiring about the possibility of converting this visa to a work visa while remaining in Thailand, especially in light of quarantine restrictions. The responses indicate that converting from a dependent or non-working visa to a work visa without leaving the country is challenging, with one commenter stating it's typically not possible.

That answer would be a definite NO.

I have never seen (even during this covid-shit show) someone go from a "trailing spouse" (visa or extension) to another visa type inside the country.

A non-immigrant is someone who entered on a non-immigrant visa. Some non-immigrant visas allow work permits, others don’t.

You'd need to speak to your potential employer about it. It is possible but it's not as easy as applying out of country.
