TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of converting a Non-O visa to a Non-B visa without leaving Thailand, as their visa is set to expire in March. Comments suggest that the conversion may depend on the immigration office and the user's employment situation, noting that teachers often have a better chance of converting their visas compared to other professions.

Non-o based on what reason? Do you have an extension of stay (and if so, for what reason)?

if you have an extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national, you can hold a work permit and work legally.

If you are on a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19, you will need to go back on your extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national before you can legally work.

UNLESS you have a One Year Multiple Entry Non-O Visa based on marriage to a Thai National ( the one where you are stamped in for 90 days on arrival), you do not have a visa, but an extension of stay.

You can change the reason for the extension of stay of course, and it should be something your immigration office can do, but I doubt they would because you can work on your current extension of stay, and you’d submit the same documents as before to get a new extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai National

That’s between the immigration office you use and your employer (company set up etc). Usually teachers have a much better chance of doing so than other professions.

As I said that’s up to the immigration office you use. Your employer will have to ask.
