My WP32 has been issued, and I am currently in Laos. Could you please confirm that the application for a Non-B visa can now be fully completed online — meaning no original documents are required anymore?

In other words, I would just need to submit the application online uploading all requested documents, make the payment, and then receive the visa by email.

They might ask you for additional documents, which they did with me but after that visa was issued. This was in KL by the way...

In Laos everything is done online except for the payment. You submit online, then go between 9-11 to pay after submission. Then you wait for the visa. I don't think Non-B requires an interview, but it's always possible if they want to verify you are still in Laos.
