What should I do if I didn't receive a receipt for my Thai visa payment?

15 January DTV application in,and received payment ID.16 January paid in cash in Laos,the clerk refused to write a receipt for payment,said just look online,everything is show there.I hope everything goes well…..🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
