TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around obtaining a Multiple Entry 1-Year NON B visa for business owners and directors, along with a Multiple Entry 1-Year NON O visa for spouses in Kota Bharu or Laos. The comments highlight that while the NON B visa is generally attainable in Kota Bharu, the first application might only yield a Single Entry NON O visa based on dependent status. Extensions of stay and multiple re-entry permits can be handled in Thailand after securing the initial visas. Additionally, advice is provided to connect with local advisors to navigate the specific requirements and recent changes in visa applications.

Khota Bharu...from Amornrat ....

Update 26th September 2019: Non ED visa application will be viewed with critical eyes. Non O and Non B are welcome. Transfer stamp from old passport to new passport not possible, need to be done before trip and in such case you have to take both passport to the Consulate.

i did not read any problems for the 1 year Non Immigrant B visa for directors on company documents and mentioned in the Work Permit in Kota Bharu. In Laos also no problems for the Non Immigrant B visa but only the Single Entry for 90 days is available if you apply for the first time, for consecutive visa you need a work permit. The Non Immigrant O visa based on being a dependent is depending on your husbands application of the Non Immigrant B visa. if he gets only 90 days, you get the same.

Kota Bharu issues multiple non o as dependant...

but if you choose to go abroad, the director/owner, if all the requirements are met, can get the 1 year Non Immigrant B visa in Kota Bharu and the other person the Single Entry Non Immigrant O visa as dependent. This Non Immigrant O visa can not extended based on having a husband with a Non Immigrant B visa as he is only allowed to be 90 days inside the countr.

That is correct, you do not get a 1 year visa inside Thailand, you apply for a 1 year Extension of Stay and when this is stamped inside your passport you apply for the Multiple Re-Entry Permit. Than you have 1 year of stay and can leave and come back as much as you like during this year.

if you husband already has a Non Immigrant B visa and this is running to the end, he can apply at your local Immigration Office for 1 year Extension of Stay based on working inside Thailand. And if you already have the Non Immigrant O visa, you can apply the same day at your local Immigration Office for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on being dependent of being a family member of an alien permitted a temporary stay in the Kingdom. No need to travel to foreign countries and all can be done in one morning or afternoon.

@Robert ******
he already have his yearly visa, so he can get here 1 year multiple entry and I can extend depending on his situation?

You may try a Thai Consulate or Embassy where you can meet all the requirements. Without knowing the nationality, if you are an employee , employer , teacher or only like the Non Immigrant B for business purpose, if the Non O is based on being married, child, father, mother, and what the type of visa is of the person with the long time visa. Than we still have to guess where you are in the world and how far you are willing to travel to find a Thai Consulate or Embassy. Please try again with some basic information.
