Can I apply for two Thailand e-visas in advance if I plan to return after visiting Vietnam?

The user inquires about the possibility of applying for two Thailand e-visas in advance, specifically a 60-day TR e-visa before traveling to Vietnam and then returning for another 60 days. The comments suggest that generally, only one e-visa can be outstanding at a time due to validity rules. They also discuss recent changes to visa exemption policies which may allow longer stays without a visa based on nationality, as well as the option for a Multiple Entry Visa.
