Can I apply for a 30-day extension at the Hua Hin immigration office for both a 60-day tourist visa and a 30-day exemption stamp without an appointment?

Does the Hua Hin immigration office at Blueport deal with applications for 30 extensions from those with 60 day tourist visas as well as people with a 30 day exemption stamp.

Also do you need an appointment or is it a walk in service like Bangkok?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Hua Hin immigration office at Blueport processes applications for 30-day extensions for both 60-day tourist visas and 30-day exemption stamps. No appointment is necessary, and it's a walk-in service. You simply need to bring your passport; photos are taken on-site at no extra cost.

Just show up you don’t need photos or anything just take your passport. They will give you an application and take your photo for free

yep you can get a 30 day extension from there on either a free 30 day entry stamp or a 60 day tourist visa entry stamp.

There is no appt needed, it's walk up service

unless I'm mistaken the hours at that office are 11 until 5 not the normal immigration office hours
