TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster is on amnesty and inquires about the possibility of applying for an extension of stay through marriage, given their 400,000 baht requirement has been fulfilled for 2 months. They hold a multiple-entry NON-O visa obtained from Savannakhet. Community responses suggest that applying for a yearly extension of stay based on marriage is plausible, especially since they are currently on amnesty and have received confirmation from others that similar applications have been successful at the Buriram office.

, there is a GOOD chance you can indeed apply for a yearly extension of stay based on marriage to a thai from a 90 day Non-O entry stamp that has since expired and you've gone on the amnesty.

get the bank letter, the documents, photos, and go apply. There was a report on a buriram forum that someone DID get their yearly extension from the main buriram office

You can try getting a one year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national; the worse they will say is "no". If they say no, stay on amnesty, and once the borders reopen, bounce out for another 90 day stamp, and then apply for the one year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national.
