Does anyone know what I am supposed to upload for this? i have already uploaded the wp32 form, and the confirmation letter that came with it and the Ministry of Labour has said there is nothing else, just those two forms?

Also, as this is taking so long to complete, can i return to Bangkok on a tourist visa and leave again once my non B is processed so i can activate it?

Appreciate your advice.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on whether they've uploaded all necessary documents for their Non-B visa application, specifically mentioning the WP32 form and a confirmation letter. Additionally, they want to know if it's permissible to return to Bangkok on a tourist visa while their Non-B application is still being processed. Community responses suggest caution regarding entering Thailand during processing, as it may result in the cancellation of the application. Information is also shared about applying for a three-month visa abroad once the ministry receipt is obtained.

You need to apply at the ministry of Work .. then they send you a receipt.. with that you can get the Visa B for 3 Month in your country…with this you can come back !

( if you apply , you need to have 4 Thais as employees )

I don't know anything about WP32.

But you must remain in the jurisdiction of the embassy or consulate you apply through during the processing. If you enter Thailand while your application is processing and the embassy finds out, they will cancel your application.
