Are there any agents in the uk that can sort out my tourist visa. Tried doing it on my phone, keeps crashing, plus I dont have a computer

The e-visa is laptop or PC only. It's very easy. As Alan Bow says, try your local library or any local 5 year old. Happy travels.

OPWhat makes it worse is you have spent a lot of time in Thailand. Like myself as I have children there with my Thai wife who sadly died of cancer. You should know mocking people, taking the piss ,isn't a good thing.

Matthew Wiltshirecharming. If you bothered to look you will see that it clearly states on the website to only use a PC or laptop. A library is a good option if you have neither and any tech savvy 5 year old can show many adults the way around a screen. If you take my advice as some kind of insult then that says more about you than me. It was meant as genuine advice, but hey-ho some people are just like you.

If you open 'Google' - you can type in what you are looking for/how to do something. Step by step - very clear... Perhaps a friend can help you (or a member of library staff if you go there). It's quite easy when you kjnow how and a whole new world opens up for you plus you would most likely need to know how to do these things later... good luck.

Go to a library they have computers you can use & the staff are really helpful. A little tip. Get your photo taken at a booth & get it sent to you by email.

Matthew Wiltshire mail your documents to yourself. Open your mailaccount on a pc/laptop and download these documents. Open the website for the visa and upload your documents. Easy.
