it's on their website. You select your nationality and it shows the requirements. I don't know anyone who's gotten a tourist visa from there. Hopefully someone will weigh in..

I was there in May, I do not have HK ID. You need to make a copy of your HK visa, though, and attach to required documents.

Just meet all the requirements from their website. It's very straight forward, you give the documents in the morning, getting a receipt with pick up time, next day show up with the receipt and get your passport. Don't forget the receipt!
