The user is inquiring about their eligibility to apply for a Thai tourist visa while on a Bridging Visa A in Australia. It appears that they can apply for the visa, but must provide proof of sufficient funds for their stay, specifically 20,000 THB. Concerns about their unemployment status affecting their application were mentioned, but no definitive prohibitions were identified.
