The taxi lady and the hospital staff for PCR were excellent.

No restaurant open (they had 3 all closed)
No room service available
No breakfast available - had to go 7km to McDonalds.
Unhelpfull staff

This hotel should not be an AQ / SHA+ hotel, as the hotel is not set up for foreigners or covid. During my stay there was absolutely no food available in the hotel apart from some complimentary MAMA NOODLES. No room service was available and there was no breakfast served. One the first day my wife had to leave the hotel grounds in order to purchase Fried rice with pork from the Thai shop on the main road by security. On the morning of my second day when asked about our breakfast told to go to same small Thai shop. I am sorry but I cannot eat a Thai rice dish for breakfast and had to go over 7km to the nearest McDonalds. This is not a cheap hotel, infact it is one of the most expensive on ASQ in Chiang Mai - 1 night hotel, taxi & test cost 7,800THB (£180 in GBP). I tried to talk to staff and found them at best unhelpfull.
