Anonymous participant 846 The advice I took from this group that I found to be very helpful is to organize your docs. A cover letter for each, esp for compiled pdfs, proper indexing, labels, and annotation might just be the difference

Initial docs I submitted and what came next

- Employment contract: My contract has a specific clause about remote work so I didn’t create a separate letter. It was later requested that I provide a cover letter indicating what are responsibilities while doing remote work, the nature and profile of my employer, and samples of my work output, correspondences, online meetings.

- Proof of funds. I supplied a 3 month statement that shows starting and ending balance. However they did request that I share how I receive my salary (in a cover letter) and a highlighted bank statement showing income flow for last 3 months. In effect, I provided bank statements from 2 different bank accounts — my “savings” one and the “income” one
