And also what said before about 4 Thai staff is nit true. You need MINIMUM 4 Thai staff for workpermit but if you need 2 workpermit you need to add capital and not staff. Everybody knows that.b

You people are very ill informed to say the least. But that is not the problem. The problem is you old men are stubborn. I have a company limited with 3 sharholders and 2million registered capital. I have a workpermit and NO Thai staff as I do not need in my office. One shareholder is Thai and my associate and another shareholder is my investor (foreigner retiree) my accountant is daytime worker fir the government and my bysiness is completely registered with VAT and I pay income tax every year for the last 6 year already. So I think it is you who need info and not me.
