I have just been thinking about your answer. When someone dies their responsibility’s and loans will fall to the next of kin if they have any, my lease does not die with my landlord and so carries on .if there is no claim to my property from a next of kin and my lease is still good will immigration accept that I have no valid ID from an owner.
