Thank you, now i understand, so basically there are 2 options in my case:

1. If the amnesty won't be extended to 26th September and stays at 31th July, i go to immigration on 10th August to cancel my work permit, so i HAVE to leave the country before 17th August

2. They will officially announce to extend the amnesty to 26th of September, so i go to immigration on 10th August and cancel my work permit, but i can stay until 26th of September due to the extended amnesty.

Am i right now?

am sorry, i dont really understand, if i stop working on the first week of August and i cancel my work permit around 10th of August, do i have to leave the country the next day? Its still not 100% clear, what requirements do you mean exactly for the extension.
