You need to put 400k in a thai bank account in your name or 800k for retirement, however if you have a pension or you can proove that you receive monthly 65k baht you can get the retirement visa.

In Thailand only one driver license for all the bike 50cc or 1800cc all the same. As a tourist is okay but if you are in Thailand for more than 3 months you’ll need a thai driver license.

Will the Thai woman's insurance cover damages to my motorbike after an accident where she was at fault?

Talking by experience if there is a police report saying she’s wrong then she have to pay or you go to court it takes at least one year in court. If no police report you won’t receive anything. Usually the police will keep your bike until a certified mechanic give a damage estimation to avoid fraud.

Most common job in Thailand for foreigners in Teaching you need a bachelor degree and if you are not a native speaker you’ll need a certificate like tefl or any ( toeic cheapest one ), work permit cost 3200 baht per year, you do not need 10 million

Is AIS 4G the best option for internet access at my new build without Wi-Fi, or should I consider satellite dish?

I’ve been using ais 4g for over a year it works fine even working online hotspot and it’s cheap 200 baht unlimited data 10mb/s speed
