What are the requirements and details for the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand?

 I doubt the Thai authorities would let DTV holders live in Thailand pretty much continuously for 5 years (unless they really want the extra $10,000 per extension).

So, a single 180 day extension every 5 years is what I think the visa rules will be (though I hope I’m wrong).
