it’s very hit n miss. I am there every 4 weeks. Some trips I have been the only one in immigration. Plane to bag 10 minutes.
Other times it’s take 1.5hours due to thousands arriving at the same time. Also noting at these times they only open 50% of the booths. Thai logic there. They would know incoming flights in advance.
