Thank you for the advice

I have a 38 degree temperature and acute tonsillitis. They hooked me up to an anti-bacterial drip for an hour. There is no way any airline will allow me on a flight in my condition. I am not trying to scam an extension. I would like to go home but I truly can't in this condition. And it was a full medical report. Two pages, blood work. They didn't even allow me to open the envelope.

I should have clarified. It was the guy who was directing traffic not an immigration officer. I didn't actually make it to the counter. I sent my medical certificate to my embassy and I expect they will issue me a letter but time is the concern now.

He didnt even give me an opportunity to explain the health issue. Once i pulled the certificate out he said no and pointed to the exit.

i tried to appeal but the immigration officer got quite angry and told me to leave. I didnt raise my voice, I was just looking for an explanation. I understand these officers are overworked and tired but i didnt think i deserved that treatment.
