I have searched the group but didn’t find a definitive answer but maybe because there isn’t one. We are on a US passport. My wife and I and our two children (4) and (2) are on a VOA 45-day which started Feb 16th. We plan to extend this by 30 days tomorrow.

Do I really need to get extension for the two children as well? I have heard that under a certain age they will not be penalized for overstay but in other cases I have heard people say that children should be extended on schedule as well.

We planned a week long trip to Cambodia once the extension runs out and plan to return back to Thailand for another 45+30.

I have a visa extension question...

We are a family of four, with two kids ages 4 and 7... we are coming to the end of our 60 day visas and want to extend at an immigration office...

Do we all have to go? If one of us could go and extend for us all that would be ideal, or even if the kids didn't have to go and we could extend for them that would also be great...

I also read somewhere that kids under 15 don't need to extend... but I can't find confirmation on that...
