Hello!

I am currently in Thailand on a dependent visa through my husband. My visa expires on 4 March.

I need help with:

— Change of status / extension for myself

— Visa options for my child (we apply separately if needed)

Location: Pattaya.

I would like a legal solution with clear timeline and full cost.

Could you please tell me:

1. What visa options are possible in my case

2.Total price for me and for my child

3.Processing time

4. What documents are required

Thank you.

Best regards,

Evgeniya

Hello, I'd like to ask about the fees and procedures for student visas, caregiver visas, and DTV (Dual Television Service). Is the DTV card listed on the bank statement?

Im currently in the middle of getting approval for my DTV application. Applied from Sydney Australia with an Australian Passport. The consulate has requested a remote work letter and due to my circumstances, they are taking a very long time to provide this. I was wondering if it is possible to provide the embassy with a medical certificate stating that I am the primary caregiver to my partner (unmarried) who has the DTV as a result of medical treatment to get this approved?

My elderly aunt in the states has been thinking of moving in with us in Thailand, but it is looking like she might just need care back in the states. Does anyone know if my wife going as a temporary care giver is something attainable? I feel like I've heard things suggesting yes and no.

Sorry guys, but I have two question that I'm not sure about.

Having money in the bank seasoning for the 60 days.

If one is trying to get a 1 yr exstension of a typo O marrige visa. This money was deposited July 29th and it will not season till Sept 26th.

Would I need to wait till the very last day of amnesty to apply? Or can I apply a few days before. My type O visa doesn't expire till Oct 18th.

Another question is, perhaps I can get a medical exception to stay. As my father is still in a hospital and will be on a medical emergency visa for up to a year. Would I be able to piggy back as a caregiver?

Thanks
