Can I use a medical certificate stating my caregiver status to help with my DTV application approval?
Im currently in the middle of getting approval for my DTV application. Applied from Sydney Australia with an Australian Passport. The consulate has requested a remote work letter and due to my circumstances, they are taking a very long time to provide this. I was wondering if it is possible to provide the embassy with a medical certificate stating that I am the primary caregiver to my partner (unmarried) who has the DTV as a result of medical treatment to get this approved?

There is no "caregiver" category for DTV. For a dependent visa you must be married and submit proof of the marriage as part of the application.
