Im currently in the middle of getting approval for my DTV application. Applied from Sydney Australia with an Australian Passport. The consulate has requested a remote work letter and due to my circumstances, they are taking a very long time to provide this. I was wondering if it is possible to provide the embassy with a medical certificate stating that I am the primary caregiver to my partner (unmarried) who has the DTV as a result of medical treatment to get this approved?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on whether a medical certificate proving their status as a primary caregiver for their partner can be used to support their DTV visa application. However, a commenter points out that there is no caregiver category under the DTV visa regulations, and that dependent visas require marriage documentation.
