I've searched files but cannot find relevant documents.
In May I will be transferring my current working visa over to a marriage visa (I am currently working with visa and permit and recently married to my Thai wife).
Can anyone send me a link or advise me on what paperwork and documents I will require before heading to Chaengwattana in May?
TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on the necessary paperwork for transitioning from a working visa to a marriage visa in Thailand, as they are married to a Thai national. Users in the comments highlight that changing from a Non-Immigrant B visa to a Non-Immigrant O visa within Thailand is not possible and suggest visiting the local Immigration Office for the latest requirements. They also mention that to qualify for the marriage visa, one needs to meet specific financial requirements: either a monthly income of 40,000 THB or savings of 400,000 THB for two months.

What's that? Do you have an extension of stay based on employment that you want to change to an extension of stay based on supporting a Thai wife?

You're probably best going there yourself, HOWEVER you need either 40K THB a month in income, OR 400K THB in savings that have been seasoned for two months.
If the visa is used and passed the valid until date and you come to the last month of your Admitted to Stay you can apply at your local Immigration Office for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on being married with a Thai National,
Best is to visit the Immigration Office and pick up the hand out with the latest requirements.
this was my first plan but I was then advised from what I believe to be admin of this group I can simply transfer over at chaengwattana. Im receiving lots of contradicting information at the moment.
