Hello everyone, got my one year extension and due to do my 1st. 90 day report. I am renting a condo through an agent, and needed a couple of trips to Immigration before agent finally came up with a TM30. Now that I need a new one I said I could do it myself if owner permitted. I got the go-ahead but all she sent me was owners blue house-book. I cannot read thai so I will need an agent probably to help me.

Questions: 1. any suggestions for a good agent? Chonburi district.

2. Is a house-book really all I need? I was expecting something

like a code/pin?

TM30 advice please... my landlady registered me online and now says I have to go to immigration tomorrow. I assume this is to collect the tm30 receipt of notification but i'm not sure. Do I have to do this tomorrow (within 24hrs as she says) or is it enough that she has submitted my info online within 24hrs? Can I go to get the receipt of notification when I go to extend my visa exempt?

Hi, re; TM 30. I have read a bit about this but feel asking would finally clear it up for me. Background: entered Thailand last January lived in Chiang Mai for 3 months, apartments always registered me with immigration.

Then I moved to Bangkok with now girlfriend and live in her apartment in a building her Mom owns. I was never registered with immigration at this address (9 months now) but always put it on visa applications (single-entry tourist) and current ED visa.

They never asked about a TM 30 at any ports of entry and it has never come up. Do you think this will become an issue and if so any advice on how i can get it sorted? Thanks in advance.
