Hi!

Little help needed....

So we run a small resort and have just got our username and password from immigration in order to register guests. I have worked out how to add guests onto the database, but my questions are this:

1. Do I enter the guest just the once, when they check in, or do I have to enter them in everyday they are staying with us?

2. How do I then send the completed entries to immigration? and how often do I have to do this? My local immigration office is Krabi.

Thanks in advance!!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The process for registering guests at a resort with Thai immigration involves entering guest details only once at check-in on the designated online platform. There is no need to re-enter guest information daily. Once the guest information is entered and saved, it is done. Users have confirmed that they do not need to submit this information separately to immigration, as it is saved directly in the system. For any uncertainties, it is recommended to visit the local immigration office to clarify specific operational questions.

On the website you do it .

Only 1 time at check-in.

So-

Go to website.

Enter guest name and passport for the date.

Click SAVE.

Log out.

Finished.

I just asked a receptionist who does this daily.

This is very interesting to many of us. We rent a house and the owner has given us permission to set up the online TM30 reporting for when friends visit. We are in Khon Kaen and the Immigration Office here is very helpful.

So you contacted Krabi Immigration, organized a set up of this on-line program and do not know how it works. I would say, as the program is made by Immigration, visit Krabi Immigration and just ask how it works and when, how and how many times you need to register a guest using the program. How interesting this may be for some people, how to use a computer program is not really a Thai Visa question. Sorry guys and girls. But knowing that some members have this program, please answer if you have the program and how to send the info to Immigration.

Robert Lagas as Matthew answered already, just save it and you're done. You can always retrieve it to check it's stored in the system. For evidence, if needed, do a screen print.

I use the system and check in once on arrival only. I have never sent anything, just save it online.

Well, it's interesting to all of us staying in Thailand. I always wanted to know how the hotels do it.

I haven't the faintest idea, I just joined the group! But what is your resort name? I'll be in Thailand briefly this summer.

And this relates to visa advice?

It's the OPPOSITE SIDE of the visa fence so sit back and LEARN. Unless you're not curious on how the TM30 works.

I know its not visa related.....however many people on this page will be business owners and may already be doing this so they may be able to shed some light on something that is very confusing!! I'm sorry if its not allowed on here....but there doesn't seem to be a group for this kind of question!!
