Hello everyone, got my one year extension and due to do my 1st. 90 day report. I am renting a condo through an agent, and needed a couple of trips to Immigration before agent finally came up with a TM30. Now that I need a new one I said I could do it myself if owner permitted. I got the go-ahead but all she sent me was owners blue house-book. I cannot read thai so I will need an agent probably to help me.
Questions: 1. any suggestions for a good agent? Chonburi district.
2. Is a house-book really all I need? I was expecting something
like a code/pin?
TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has received their one-year extension and is preparing to submit their first 90-day report, having faced challenges in acquiring a TM30 with the help of an agent. They seek advice on finding a reliable agent in Chonburi and clarification on whether the owner's house-book is sufficient for their TM30 submission.
