That is indeed the correct website portal to register and then to use the online TM30 system.

make sure you upload the support documentation :) they will send you a "confirm this email" email after you submit the registration (watch for it in your spam or junk folder :O) after you confirm it then you wait for them to approve it and send you a user name and temp password
