Is this the correct website to register to do online TM30 living with my wife, my wife being the house owner? If not, which is? In Samut Prakan.

That is indeed the correct website portal to register and then to use the online TM30 system.

make sure you upload the support documentation :) they will send you a "confirm this email" email after you submit the registration (watch for it in your spam or junk folder :O) after you confirm it then you wait for them to approve it and send you a user name and temp password
