Myself and my wife will be retiring to the Pattaya region form the UK.

Just not sure how to start this, do we get visa's first then property then bank account last.

Or is it easier to employ a legal representative in Thailand.

Do I need to have the owner of the house I’m staying in fill out a tm30 for me as a tourist staying 60-90 days?

In applying for non-immigrant O and then converting that to a ““ retirement visa“ one immigration officer said that I need a certificate of residence from the owner of my condo when I move in next week. The real estate agent says I only need a copy of the lease for immigration. I meet with them at 3 PM today Saturday. Does anyone know in the next 15 (Scratch that 45 minutes) Who is right?
