They have long term discount sometimes.I look for serviced appartmenst 10-15 USD a day.
No deposit, electricity and water included

Most agents don't deal in short term rentals because they make their money through commission and there's no commission to be made with short term rentals.

so if I know I need a TM30 I message the Airbnb before I book and ask if they will provide it. Rental contract I don't think they can provide. I'm not sure if printing your booking would suffice or notChan ******
