TLDR : Answer Summary
The community discussed various reputable agencies and services to assist with retiring to Thailand, particularly regarding visa and rental processes. Recommendations included Thai Visa Centre, Annie Visa Pattaya, and Aungsu Law and Business Consultant. Some users suggested that these processes can often be managed independently without an agent, while others pointed out separate needs for visa assistance and real estate services. Additional resources shared include Vip Visa and J & E Concierge, with comments highlighting the availability of self-help through community posts.

You have linked 2 things that are normally separate, quality visa help and much more ambiguous a decent real estate agent.

There are plenty of valid recommendations for a "visa agent" and it often descends into "I paid less than you" bragging. You also don't state where you want to expedite your visa, so same goes for real estate agent?
