Hi, I am living in Singapore on an employment pass and looking to relocate to Thailand due to some issues in Singapore. Thailand is the wife top choice for our next country and i can't disagree with her on that! Perhaps we will open up an entity there for the company i work for if required. I'm looking for an immigration expert to help me figure the process and options.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user in Singapore is considering relocating to Thailand and is looking for advice on visa options and the process of possibly setting up a business there. Comments suggest starting with the Thai Embassy, considering the Thailand Elite visa for urgent relocations, and looking into Non-Immigrant B visas for work. There are discussions around retirement visas, business entity setups, and contacting trade chambers for support. Recommendations include checking into the Board of Investment for tax advantages related to business operations. The user also expresses a desire to engage an immigration expert for assistance.

You'll need a Non Imm B visa and documentation from the company/organization you'll be working for in Thailand.

The Chambers of Trade are an excellent source of info about this type of question. Contact the relevant one. They are great for networking and making contacts once you are here too. Get your company to pay as well. It's just under 2k THB a month for British Chamber Corporate Membership.

You might be best contacting them. Have a Google about setting up a BOI (board of Investment entity). Great tax advantages for company and foreign employees. It is a flat rate of 15% for us. It is also easier to get visas and Work Permits as a BOI company.
