Hello! I am looking for some input on how to navigate things correctly. My husband, son and I recently arrived in Thailand since I will be teaching here for the next two years. My husband and I recently got married in the states before arriving in Thailand. He is currently on a tourist visa until we can apply for his Non O. In the meantime how does he go about extending the visa for an additional 30days? He has a ticket booked to Singapore but I just want to make sure nothing is missed.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The husband of the questioner can extend his tourist visa for an additional 30 days by visiting an immigration office in Thailand. The typical fee for this extension is around 1900 baht. Requirements may vary depending on the office, but the process is generally straightforward.
