Answer summary
In the process of applying for a 60-day tourist visa online, you're required to download a declaration form, which can easily be found on the application interface. After downloading, you need to digitally sign and upload it along with your other documents. For the section asking for the name and ID of the person who invited you, simply request your Airbnb host for their details, as you need to show proof of accommodation booking.

There is a button to press that allows you to download the declaration form.
You then digitally sign and date it.
You then upload the signed declaration to the same area of the E-visa application and that’s it.
Very simple.
Not sure what your referring to about the who invited you question but you have to show proof of your accommodation booking.
