Hi pls i need your advice, I'm on my 30day-consideration for my non-b yearly extension, the immigration stamped my passport to go back on

30 June '17.

But I need to travel out of thailand between 23-27 of June

Would I be able to return w/o any trouble? I will have a single re-entry permit before i fly out.

I'm worried maybe they will void/cancel everything and need to start all over again getting a non-b visa.

Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on whether they can travel outside Thailand during their 30-day consideration period for a non-B visa extension and return without complications. They are concerned about potentially voiding their visa status. Community responses confirm that traveling is possible with a valid re-entry permit, as long as they return before the stamped date on their passport.

Yes it is fine. I did it last year. I had to go home for 2 weeks in the middle of my consideration period and was able to re-enter without an issue.

Okay, just got off the phone with Chaengwattana and they said yes you can exit/re-enter the country on a 30 day "under consideration" stamp IF you buy a re-entry permit AND you return before the date on the stamp.

I checked because didn't want to give you bad information. ;)

@Jor***
, you can always ask immigration related questions by calling the 1111 government hotline number, pressing the prompt for english and then saying you have an immigration visa extension related question.

I appreciate it..thank you so much..as i am so worried..am now having a peace of mind..

I'm calling the immigration office here in Bangkok to check that it's the same for under-consideration for business visa extensions as it is for under consideration for marriage visa extensions.

As soon as I confirm it I'll report back.

Thanks Tod..i'm under my hubby's visa, my inquiry is for both of us(to make it simpler)

I as a non-o and him as non-b

We have the same stamped. June 30 and both of us will be travelling together..so I assumed that we both have the same process..and each of us need to buy a single re-entry permit..

You'd need a re-entry permit to keep that stamp "alive".. Otherwise it's canceled when you leave.
