What Are the Best Destination Options for Getting a SETV from Thailand?

Thanks to great advice from multiple experienced members last night I have decided to book a flight to KL and apply for a SETV tomorrow.

I've reviewed the many requirements and one of them as you know is a printout of POOT out of Thailand before the visa will expire.

I know a throwaway ticket is one option. However in 90 days I'm hoping to apply for another setv and if denied fly back to get the visa on arrival/exemption. 

Keeping in mind both cost of travel and likelihood of success with the setv, what would be my best option destination wise?

Why you need throw away ticket? You need ticket to go out of Thailand in 60 days or 90days max anyway. Bus ticket with destination in another country would also work.

'Destination-wise' sounds like you want travel information...

Glad you are able to go to KL for a SETV.

But I am very concerned that its your plan to game the Thai Immigration Visa system. 😢

Times are indeed changing and you will face the day that you will be denied entry.

A visa in your passport is no guarantee that Thai Immigration will allow you to enter.

Others have found that out...and sent back. 😢

Out of Bangkok for that? So far cheapest flight I've found has been $40 to Yangon but I've just begun searching.

I comppletely understand your concern and appreciate your frankness. I am actively looking into my options regarding METV, marriage visa, or employment options mainly TESL. However at this moment I am just trying to decide the best choice as to my required POOT and whether I can buy something I will actually be able to use or if I should just get the throwaway.
