Report - Under Consideration extension Hua Hin
My under consideration stamp was until April 20. I went to the Immigration office on that day and yes they do expect you to return as it seems they do not include Under Consideration stamps as part of the amnesty. The rub is that my original 30 day extension expired on March 29 so they added the maximum 30 days to that date so my expiry date is now April 28!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The original question discusses the implications of receiving an 'Under Consideration' stamp at the Immigration Office in Hua Hin, noting that it does not qualify for the amnesty and could lead to complications if not addressed timely. The comments clarify that having a new stamp indicating an extension is necessary to avoid overstays and fines.
