UPDATE: I got the answer I needed, so thank you all!
Hello everyone. Thanks to all of you who share so much great advice.
My question is that I’m trying to download my TM30 that the landlord filled out for us at our apartment last week. I created an account on the Thai immigration site, but I keep going in circles on the site. Can anyone please give me step by step instructions to find my TM30 online so I can print it out to take to immigration to apply for my one year renewal of Non-O visa? I did take a screenshot of the landlord’s computer showing it was completed.
Thank you so much 😊

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is looking for step-by-step instructions to download their TM30 form online from the Thai immigration site for a one-year renewal of their Non-O visa. They have encountered difficulties navigating the site and have received various suggestions from community members. Key points from the discussion include that the TM30 can only be accessed through the landlord's account and is only searchable within 7 days of submission. Users suggest contacting the landlord for a PDF version of the TM30.

Thank you so much! It looks like only the landlord can access this since I do not have his account info. I will contact him tomorrow with these directions.😁
I'm not 100% sure, but I think you can only see the entries made under your account. If it was made under another account, I'm not sure that you can find it.
Also, a TM30 is only searchable in the system within 7 days of when it was submitted. After that you won't be able to find it at all and won't be able to print proof. If you need a copy after 7 days you just create a new TM30 and then print the pdf that the system will generate for you. The PDF is normally what you need, not a screenshot of the entry.
