I will get my passport in the Thai Embassy Cebu-Philippines. I applied for an ED visa on March 1. If it is approved, they will only provide 3 months single entry visa. If it gets Approved let's say it's valid from March 1, 2020 until June 1, 2020. Obviously, it's already expired and I can't use it. Once the international flight is ok and everything is normal, i will go to Thailand to study.
Do you think the Embassy would give an extension for this? Or any exceptions because of this Pandemic?
Do you think they adjust the end date of the visa expiration?
What are the things that I should ask to the Embassy?
I appreciate your help
Thank u in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is inquiring about the possibility of extending their ED visa applied for on March 1, 2020, which will expire before they can enter Thailand due to the pandemic. They are unsure if the Thai Embassy in Cebu will make exceptions or adjust the visa expiration date, and they seek advice on what to ask the embassy.
You're stuck the embassy can't extend a visa. If you got a visa from a thai consulate in your passport and it expires before you can enter thailand you need to get another visa.
You should contact the embassy that's issuing the visa to see what they say.
