Hi everyone, I plan to apply for the DTV via route A (buisness owner, freelancer, foreign talent).
I own a UK company that provides scientific and engineering research consulting, specifically in battery chemistry, materials and electronic engineering.
I have over 500,000 THB in my personal bank account, from consistent salary+dividends (3 years of self-assessments).
However, I do not have any active consulting contracts at the moment, as Iβm taking time for buisness strategy planning, professional development and further research.
Will lack of active contracts be a problem for DTV approval? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is seeking advice on whether the absence of active consulting contracts will impact their application for the Digital Visa (DTV) via the route for business owners. They own a UK-based company specializing in scientific and engineering research and possess sufficient funds in their personal bank account. Responses indicate that while active contracts are not strictly necessary for approval, showing evidence of the company's activity and financial stability is important.
Your finances look solid. Lack of active contracts isnβt automatically a problem if you show your company is active and explain your current work/plans in a letter. π
