What are the requirements for bringing dependents and an employee under a DTV visa in Thailand?

Hello, I plan on applying for DTV visa with my LLC.

What kind of requirements will I run into with bringing my dependents. Do me and my spouse need to be married? any financial requirements for them ?

And also I wish to bring a female employee with us. Can I bring her as well and what would the requirements be? Thanks

1/ your spouse needs to prove relationship with a marriage certificate. Each application needs a bank statement in their name only with 500k thb. If you're using a joint bank account, the savings need to be doubled

2/ employee cannot be dependant. They will need to apply for their own dtv under any of the categories. Documents are listed on the embassy website you choose to apply from

Each of your dependents will need to apply for their DTV, based on being your dependent (spouse or child).  They will need to submit and application, evidence of relationship, copy of your DTV, their bank documents showing they have the funds, etc.  If you are not legally married, they are not your spouse and therefore don’t qualify.  Furthermore, there is no means to bring house staff with you on a DTV.  It is a digital nomad visa.  You need to exit the country at least 1x a year (or maybe 2 times if you don’t do the extension).
