TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a Non-O visa extension in Thailand at Cheangwattana, you are advised to obtain a Kor Ror 2 form, which can be renewed at any Amphur office for a small fee. While it may not strictly be required, having it will prevent potential issues during your application process, so it's recommended to get a new one to avoid inconveniences.

for the 20 baht and slight inconvenience you go thru to get a new Kor Ror 2, just go get one. The last thing you wanna do is get there, apply and have some persnickety officer call you out on not having a new one.
We are done, good luck to the O/P.

Did it at changwattana last month with original certificates from 4 years ago. But they did pull me on using last year’s photos.
did you go to your immigration office and get the hand out listing all the documents bank letters, photos, bank books and copies you need to get the year extension?
OR
do you have all that and are just asking about a new Kor Ror 2? <- which any amphur can access and print for you

You can go to any Amphur with the current Kor Ror 2 and they should be able to print off a new one for you for 20 baht

what type of extension are you applying for?
If you're applying for either a 60 day visit thai family OR a year long extension based on marriage you're going to need a lot more documentation than just the Kor Ror 2. :/
